Use Bead Pattern responsibly.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Bead Pattern, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Mandatory consumer rights and the app marketplace terms that apply to you remain unaffected.

2. The service

Bead Pattern helps you turn photos or blank boards into fuse-bead / Perler-style patterns, manage colors you have, estimate bead counts, plan boards, follow an on-screen pattern guide, and export or back up projects locally.

Screen colors are approximations. Physical bead shades, lighting, printers, and ironing results can differ. Always verify materials and follow bead manufacturer safety instructions (including adult supervision for ironing).

3. Your content

You retain your rights in photos and projects you create. You grant the app only the device-local access needed to perform the operation you request.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to import, edit, save, print, and share images and patterns, including third-party artwork where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Bead Pattern to violate law, another person’s rights, platform rules, or security controls.

• Do not process or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not present brand color matching as an official partnership with Perler, Hama, Artkal, or other bead makers.

5. Privacy

Our Bead Pattern Privacy Policy explains on-device processing, local storage, sharing, and that the current app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Your use of system photo libraries, browsers, share destinations, or app stores is also subject to those providers’ terms.

6. App and open-source materials

Bead Pattern, its branding, product design, and original software are owned by or licensed to Huayuqixin Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The app also includes open-source software under their respective licenses.

Third-party brand names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

Bead Pattern is provided as available. Device memory, image format, operating-system behavior, and palette data can affect results. We may add, remove, or change features, and may stop offering the app where reasonably necessary.

Keep your own backups of important projects. The app does not replace professional craft, safety, or legal advice.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bead Pattern is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact physical color match, fitness for a particular purpose, or identical output across devices. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huayuqixin Technology Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the app, loss of a project, a color mismatch with physical beads, or a destination chosen through the share sheet. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed in your jurisdiction.

10. Ending use

You may stop using Bead Pattern at any time and uninstall it. We may restrict or discontinue access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive continue to apply.
